Accounts Receivable CoordinatorStart Date: ASAP

Duties:

• Strong Microsoft excel skills is a must.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities:

Oversees the daily operation of the shipping line which includes :
Ensuring that each carton is sealed and strapped and that the respective manifest is enclosed
Ensuring that each carton is measured and weighed on the cubic scan
Ensuring that a shipping label is generated with the greater of the calculated weight and actual weight included on the label
All cartons are palletized and shrink wrapped prior to loading onto outbound trucks
Each skid and the number of cartons is logged on the outbound log sheet which must balance with the summary from the shipping system for each trailer
Pick up tickets in sequence from cartons to be scanned.

Customer Service Representative NATURE & SCOPE OF POSITION
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to interact with customers by providing information and addressing inquiries regarding CHS products and services.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
