Job Description:
• directing/screening incoming phone calls,
• opening and distributing mail – mainly cheques and invoices
• stamping and logging the cheques received on a daily spreadsheet
• forwarding faxes and purchase orders received via email, to the appropriate department
• greeting guests, have them sigh-in, and advising employees that their guest have arrived
• advise employees if they have courier packages and/or mail at reception
• run any outgoing mail through the postage meter - outgoing mail is picked up by outside service every morning, when they drop off incoming mail.
• stuffing cheques into envelopes and running through the postage meter – usually get a stack of cheques once a week
• ensuring there is coffee/tea/creamers/milkettes in the lunchroom, and in the kitchenette upstairs.
• arranging for outgoing Purolator courier packages on-line as required

Billing Clerk / Data Entry ClerkPay Rate: $15.00/hr
Location: Tomken & Derry
Job Description for Billing Clerk / Data Entry Clerk :
• Accurate confirming and billing of shipments
• Daily mailing and emailing of invoice to customers, including backup documentation as required
• Filing and archiving documents in storage area
• Prompt response to internal and external client requests
• Cross train and backup for the billing administrator
• Receive shipment documentation box from distribution centre
• Check contents against list provided and note discrepancies
• Distribute paperwork to billing clerks
• File PODs
• Print documentation and distribution to billing clerks
• Other related duties as assigned by the billing supervisor
• Day Shift 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Friday

Requirements for Billing Clerk:
• Minimum high school diploma
• Previous clerical experience
• High level of attention to detail
• Experience using PC applications including Word, Excel, Word and email
• Professional and courteous manner in dealing with internal and external contacts
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well in a team environment
• Effective communication (verbal and written) in the English language

Customer Service Representative Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative that will be the liaison between the company and its current customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively manipulating customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 1:00pm-8:00pm; Saturday 2:00pm-7:00pm

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Responsibilities
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, providing customers with product and service information
• Computer skills including general knowledge of data entry and word processing
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Update existing customer information
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route calls to appropriate resource
• Identify customer’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternative
• Build sustainable relationship and engage the customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Provide ongoing support to our Client's Appliances Hubs

Job Duties

• Assist customers with standard account-related requests.
• Provide information about Company products and services.
• Provide information about charges and service conditions.

• Advise customers about order/shipment status.
