Route Service Sales Representative
Our client is looking for a Route Service Representative (RSSR) to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division.
• RSSRs drive a truck along an established route and service an existing customer base.
• It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which the RSSR delivers and picks up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other rental items.
• RSSRs are the face to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers, ensure quality standards, and pro-actively solve customer problems.
• Responsibilities also include growing our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services, negotiating service agreement renewals, and controlling inventory all while working professionally, safely, and complying with applicable Provincial motor vehicle regulations.

About the Role

As a member of our operations team reporting to the Senior V.P. of Operations, the Buyer coordinates the arrival of product to support the production schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities

Scope of Position
The Quality Engineer is responsible for driving strategic quality initiatives while working directly with both internal and external customers. This position will drive systemic quality improvement throughout MHICA. The Process Quality Engineer has the responsibility to identify opportunities and provide leadership to make quality a competitive advantage for MHICA organization and its customers.
Position Summary
• Maintain and create indicator to monitor quality improvement process.
• Key role in customer audits, quality system audits, process product audits and effective corrective action closure.
• Identify and execute projects leading to standardization of inspection process and root cause analysis activities.
• Develops and maintains proactive MHICA quality requirements and quality focus attitude which translates customer quality needs in continuous quality process improvements.

Selection Criteria
Education

Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in aerospace and/or automotive quality control/quality assurance with progressively increasing level of responsibility and demonstrated leadership role.
• Experience and knowledge regarding structure assembly process related to machined aircraft components, sheet metal and aircraft assembly inspection requirements
• Previous experience with Quality Management System AS 9100 Rev C requirements and process / product audit.

Our client is currently looking for a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team.

Responsibilities include hiring, training and directing individuals who are performing entry level, factory work positions on one of our fast paced shifts. ● Make new job dockets and maintain existing job dockets.(Job dockets contain timing sheets, part

● After completing each job make sure to get shift foreman to fill out the timing sheets. All documents

and verify all information is correct and all roll tags kept along with the job form.
Inspection & Test
● Inspect the product against quality checklist, identify all non conforming products & corrective &

● Enter all non conformance and corrective and preventive action on the Q.C log, prepares the
ISO/SQF Audit matrix and is qualified for ISO & SQF audits.
C of A Reports
● Fill out certificate of analysis for particular customers. Identify all incoming nonconforming products
and fill out nonconforming report.
Health & Safety
● Be a certified First Aider.
● Fill out employee`s attendance record.
● Record the details of the injury and given treatment in the first aid logbook. Maintain personal
protective equipment inventory.
Other Duties

duties, print our labels & packing slips, entering job cost sheet to the database.
