Essential Functions:
• Receive product and process accordingly
• Compare product received to packing slips and identify discrepancies
• Work with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies between packing slips and invoices
• Perform data entry to research orders as well as input data for products received
• Direct materials to/between outside vendors
• Load and unload trucks by hand and/or with material handling equipment
• Process shipments daily with complete accuracy
• Issue approved parts as needed to production departments point of use from incoming inspection
• Maintain all inventory in a neat and orderly fashion
• Conduct daily inventory counts
• Assure proper storage and stock rotation as required to preserve shelf life
• Manage all shipping paperwork
• Process warehouse transfers through WMS system as required
• Assists with training of others
• Strict compliance to FDA and OSHA standards and record keeping
• Adheres to all safety policies
• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe work area
• Complete all required training applicable to assigned position
• Exhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of one year experience of safely using powered industrial trucks (such as forklifts, stand-ups, sit-downs, cherry-pickers, etc.) and pallet jacks
• Forklift certification preferred
• Stand-up/reach truck certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis
• Bending, twisting and/or squatting may be required
• Flexible to work overtime with little or no notice
• Ability to work a staggered or second shift
• Experience with small package and LTL processing preferred
• WMS system experience preferred
• Good organization skills helpful
• Previous data entry experience preferred
• Basic computer skills preferred

Quality Inspector/Technician
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sample, test, and measure products to ensure they meet pre-determined quality standards, including ISO
• Compare findings against customer, Company, and/or standard requirements
• Ensure products are in accordance with established tolerance for quality and performance
• Document all inspection activities, maintain accurate records, and provide input to the Quality and Production teams
• Issue non-conformance reports (Hold or Reject Tags) based on established quality levels
• Perform and generate inspection and test experiment reports
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI’s) or Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) layouts as required
• Provide guidance to Production Workers, enabling them to perform the appropriate preliminary quality checks and inspections
• Provide input on quality issues to be addressed by the Production and Engineering departments
• Production audit testing on testing apparatus
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Quality Department
• Perform other duties as required
ATTRIBUTES
• Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings with a good understanding of GD&T
• Utilize precision measurement instruments to measure machined components
• Able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Able to troubleshoot with a sense of urgency
• Must be mechanically inclined, with strong attention to details

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, time management and documentation skills

Our regular hours are Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm and Fri 7am-1pm. Our rate is $21/hr and we would require an updated Police Record Check.

Machine Operational Status, Safety Data, Quality Data.
 Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs. Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.
 Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
 Adheres to production schedule. Makes recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality and service goals.
 Additional duties may be assigned by management.
 Ensures Quality Procedures are followed. Reports any unusual scheduling issues to Supervisor

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITY

• Ensure all required released componentry is provided into the appropriate staging areas for production work orders.
• Prepare/stage components by work order into appropriate bins/racks/carts, verifying part numbers, lot numbers, quantity, and released status.
• Store in the appropriate warehouse locations all released products and components.
• Move and store all quarantine and non-conforming materials into the appropriate warehouse areas. Ensure appropriate documentation is completed and affixed to product (i.e. non-conforming report)

• Assist the quality and production departments as required in the movement/location of product.
• Assist QC Inspectors, Production Material Handlers, Returns Clerk, and Shipper/Receiver as required.
• Train new material handler when required.
• Ensure compliance to all company policies/practices including ISO and Health & Safety etc. Report all unsafe activities, procedures, or conditions to a Supervisor, Manager, or Health and Safety Representative.
• As back-up (during absence of Production Material Handler) assist with the movement of components into and out of the Clean Rooms as required, and other duties Production Material Handler duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Perform any other duties as required.

The schedule is 12hr continental shifts. (7am – 7pm). One week is 3 shifts, the next week is 4 shifts.

We do offer benefits after 6 month probationary period is completed.

The hourly rate we pay is $16.00 per hour. Weekend premium is $0.30 extra per hour worked.

• Package product and assemble skids following instructions on production orders as well as any instructions provided by the supervisor, manager, lead or engineer. o On hand pack lines – may form divider and place in assembled box, remove product from conveyor and place in box as directed by production order.
On palletized lines – oversee the safe and proper operation of the palletizer and strapper.
• Move filled boxes or completed skids of product to designated holding area for removal to warehouse.
• Ensure parts hoppers are adequately filled.
• Assemble and/or prepare products as per product requirements
• Prepare boxes for filling • Track scrap using identified process
• Must be able to comfortably perform job duties keeping up with machine output rate.
• Monitor conveyors/line performance. This may involve removing minor jams from equipment or adjusting conveyors or alerting line operator of jams.
• Must be able to maintain excellent housekeeping standards in work area.
• Must be available and willing to work such overtime per day or per week as the company determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.
• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined by the company absentee control program.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED • Must be regularly available and willing to work a continuous operation 12 hour shift schedule as the company determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.
