Position Overview

Front Line Work Force Inc. is currently seeking experienced Cherry Picker / Order Picker Forklift Operators (Wired Track) to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The successful candidate will assist with order picking, loading and unloading shipments, inventory handling, and maintaining safe warehouse operations.

 


Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Unload trailers and inspect inbound shipments
• Verify inbound quantities against vendor documentation
• Report discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor

Order Picking & Shipping

• Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Stage products and load outbound trailers
• Prepare and verify outbound documentation

Equipment Operation

• Operate Cherry Picker or Order Picker forklift equipment (Wired Track)
• Ensure safe operation of all warehouse equipment

Warehouse Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Team Support

• Communicate with supervisors and warehouse staff regarding operational needs
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor and Manager when required
• Perform additional duties as assigned

 


Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• High School Diploma (preferred)
• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or material handling environments
• Cherry Picker or Order Picker forklift experience (preferred)
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills

 


Technical Skills

• Forklift operation experience
• Basic computer knowledge for documentation and inventory tracking
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Forklift certification must be valid or obtained upon hire.

 


Physical Requirements

This role requires:

• Standing, walking, and climbing during shifts
• Working in warehouse and mezzanine areas
• Reaching, bending, and lifting products
• Ability to lift 40 – 55 lbs

Approximately 90% of working hours are spent on the warehouse floor.
