• Afternoon and overnight shift premiums available
• After 3 months: $24.28 per hour

The Sheetline Assistant supports the Sheetline Operator in operating and maintaining extrusion production equipment, including sheetline processes.
This role involves assisting with production setup, monitoring the manufacturing process, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safe and organized work areas.
• Assist the Sheetline Operator during production processes
• Support setup and teardown of production orders
• Assist with cleaning equipment during changeovers
• Follow the company Quality Plan and work instructions
• Monitor the windup process and perform quality checks
• Complete production documentation related to output, quality, and waste
• Assist with the movement of raw materials and finished products
• Track roll numbers and production output
• Follow all company rules and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Operate equipment safely once training is completed
Preferred qualifications include:
• High School Diploma (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with supervisors and lead hands
• Good organizational skills to track production materials
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Must pass a colour perception test during the interview process
• Experience with manufacturing machinery or production environments is considered an asset
Work environment may include:
• Loud machinery noise
• Dust and plastic manufacturing materials
• Chemical smells or handling within production areas
This role requires:
• Standing for extended periods
• Lifting and moving production materials
• Working in a fast-paced industrial environment
