Customer Service Representative $18.00/hr

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative that will be the liaison between the company and its current customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively manipulating customer issues, complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 1:00pm-8:00pm; Saturday 2:00pm-7:00pm

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Responsibilities
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, providing customers with product and service information
• Computer skills including general knowledge of data entry and word processing
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Update existing customer information
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route calls to appropriate resource
• Identify customer’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternative
• Build sustainable relationship and engage the customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Provide ongoing support to our Client’s Appliances Hubs

Knowledge, Skills and Qualification
• Computer skills E-mail , MS word and Web skills
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High School Diploma along with some Post Secondary Education
• Background/any experience of the transportation/logistics will be an assets
