Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Night Supervisor/Manager to oversee the evening and night operations of our Bolton distribution and retail facility. This is a key leadership role focused on supervising warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting team performance, and ensuring smooth shift transitions. The successful candidate will bring experience in warehouse or industrial supply environments along with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate shift staff, including warehouse associates and drivers (if applicable).

Oversee receiving, checking, and stocking of incoming inventory.

Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of customer and branch orders.

Monitor inventory levels and organization, and support cycle counting processes.

Enforce workplace safety procedures and company policies during shift hours.

Lead shift handovers, document activities, and communicate operational updates.

Respond to any in-shift issues, including staff concerns, delivery problems, or inventory discrepancies.

Secure the facility and monitor safety protocols through end-of-shift procedures.

Complete shift reports and communicate any urgent matters to management.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or industrial supply operations.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient with warehouse management systems and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements.

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule:
Full-time Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Occasional flexibility required based on operational needs
Hourly Pay: $25.00/hour
