A Promotional Products Sales Associate serves external customers while helping to coordinate the creative, logistical, and financial aspects of promotional product projects. Success in this position is largely dependent on an individual’s ability to self-manage, think creatively, and focus on the needs of new and existing customers.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a background in promotional products/branding who is ready to drive incredible results in the promotional product industry!

The right candidate will be responsible for providing insightful marketing solutions utilizing promotional products while demonstrating a strong commitment to ongoing Customer Service.

Work Location: In person
Schedule: Full -Time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $40,000-$60,000 year (based on experience) plus commissions

Experience:
• Sales: 2 years (required)

Job Duties
• Promote, sell and secure business from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach;
• Keep yourself informed and constantly learning about the wide range of promotional products, apparel, and print material we offer;
• Promptly returning phone calls or emails and should not be afraid of cold callings;
• Demonstrating services & products to existing/potential customers and assisting them by selecting those best valued to their needs;
• Show clients return on investment (ROI) in their marketing spending;
• Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current/prospective customers;
• Make calls, in-person visits and presentations to existing/prospective customers if needed;
• Participate in meetings/events/shows as needed;
• Communicating with support staff and team members regularly;
• Good business acumen, with the ability to understand a prospects business in a variety of industries;
• Strong Networking abilities;
• Experience in trade show setup and ability to actively canvass prospects and seeks leads;

Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, branding, printing or Advertising
• Strong bold clear confident voice;
• Dynamic and upbeat person who can convey his or her optimism;
• High level of initiative and entrepreneurship;
• A leader capable of inspiring and motivating with strong leadership, coaching and team development skills;
• Proven in sales improvement, promotion of teamwork and implementation of effective sales and operations strategies;
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication skills in a customer-driven environment;
• Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills, and ability to delegate and prioritize workload;
• Strong sense of organization, structured and ordered;
• Strong interpersonal skills in a customer-driven environment;
• Willing to go the extra mile to please clients;
• Able to make 100 cold calls a day.
