Full-time • Part-time • Casual
Shifts available:
• Day shifts

Front Line Work Force Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Support Workers (PSW) to support adults living in residential and shelter environments who are experiencing severe and persistent mental health challenges.
This role focuses on providing daily supervision, emotional support, and assistance with routines that help residents maintain stability and independence.
Our clients rely on dedicated staff who can provide structured support, maintain a safe living environment, and respond calmly in challenging situations.

• Provide daily supervision and support to residents within the home
• Assist with personal care when required
• Support residents in maintaining routines and daily structure
• Ensure residents follow prescribed medication routines
• Witness medication intake and document where required
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the residence
• Assist with household chores including cleaning and general maintenance
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents
• Complete daily logs, medication charts, and incident reports
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and Ministry standards
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required
• Assist residents with appointments and community outings
• Drive agency vehicles when required
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and Ministry guidelines
• Maintain health and safety standards within the residence
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Applicants must have:
• Personal Support Worker Certificate (PSW) or related field
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention or similar behaviour management training
• Vulnerable Sector Police Check
• Strong English communication and documentation skills
Experience working with mental health or behavioural clients in residential or shelter settings is considered an asset.
This role may require:
• Standing or walking for extended periods
• Repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting
• Supervising residents throughout the facility
