Full-time • Part-time • Casual
$21.00 per hour
Shifts available include:
• Day shifts
• Afternoon shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekends and statutory holidays

Front Line Work Force Inc. is seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Support Workers (PSW) to provide care and support to residents living in retirement residences, assisted living communities, and nursing homes.
In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, and emotional support, while helping maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment.
Our clients rely on dedicated caregivers who can promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for seniors and individuals requiring supportive care.
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Support residents with daily routines and activities of daily living
• Assist with medication reminders and documentation where required
• Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes to nursing staff
• Follow all infection control and health and safety protocols
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Encourage participation in recreational and social activities
• Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care
• Complete daily care notes and incident reports as required
• Maintain accurate documentation according to facility and Ministry standards
• Work collaboratively with nurses, care teams, and supervisors
• Follow facility policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for residents
Applicants must have:
• Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Vulnerable Sector Police Check
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Experience working in retirement homes, assisted living, or long-term care facilities is considered an asset.
This role may require:
• Standing or walking for extended periods
• Assisting with lifting and transferring residents
• Repetitive bending and physical movement
