Full-time • Part-time • Casual
$38.00 – $48.00 per hour (depending on facility, experience, and shift premiums)
Shifts available include:
• Day shifts
• Afternoon shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekends and statutory holidays

Front Line Work Force Inc. is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide nursing care and clinical leadership within retirement homes, assisted living communities, and nursing homes.
In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care while maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
• Assess residents’ health status and monitor changes in condition
• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor medication effectiveness and resident response
• Ensure safe medication management practices
• Supervise and support Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and care staff
• Provide clinical guidance and ensure quality standards of care are maintained
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Conduct assessments and evaluate resident care needs
• Implement infection prevention and control procedures
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and resident records
• Communicate effectively with physicians, healthcare teams, residents, and families
• Participate in case conferences and care planning meetings
Applicants must have:
• Registered Nurse (RN) Degree or Diploma
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Vulnerable Sector Police Check
Experience working in retirement homes, assisted living communities, hospitals, or long-term care facilities is considered an asset.
This role may require:
• Standing or walking for extended periods
• Assisting residents with mobility or emergency situations
• Responding quickly to medical concerns
