Job Description

SSW / DSW  $18.00/hr -$19.00/hr + wage enhancement $3/hr where applicable

Requirements:
 Diploma in Social Services (DSW, SSW, CYW) or University Degree in Social Sciences. Related experience preferred.
 Demonstrated ability to facilitate Person Centered Planning
 Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with families
 Knowledge and experience in supporting individuals with Autism / Dual Diagnosis / Mental Health disorders.
 Demonstrated understanding and training in supporting individuals with ASD
 Demonstrated commitment in implementing communication strategies
 Commitment in involving people to become more involved in their communities
 Experience and understanding of community living
 Some positions are requiring experience working with children
 Behviour Management Certification. CPI, Safe Management, PMAB
 First Aid/CPR Certification
 Current Vulnerable Persons Report
