Shifts available Saturday and Sunday, with opportunities for additional weekday shifts.
• PSW / DSW / CYW: Starting at $21.00 per hour
• SSW: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour

Front Line Work Force Inc. is currently seeking compassionate and dependable weekend healthcare staff to support residents living in assisted living communities, retirement residences, and nursing homes.
Residents may require assistance with personal care, daily living activities, social support, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment.
Our clients rely on dedicated professionals who can provide quality care while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being for seniors and individuals requiring supportive care.
This position is ideal for individuals looking for weekend work in healthcare while making a meaningful difference in residents’ lives.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care, mobility, and hygiene
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Encourage independence and participation in daily activities
• Assist with medication reminders and documentation where required
• Observe residents and report changes in health or behaviour to the care team
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of resident areas and common spaces
• Support daily routines and help maintain a safe environment
• Assist with recreational and social activities
• Encourage resident participation in programs that promote well-being
• Complete daily logs, incident reports, and required documentation
• Communicate effectively with nurses, supervisors, and interdisciplinary care teams
Applicants must have one of the following:
• Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate
• Developmental Service Worker (DSW) Diploma
• Child & Youth Worker (CYW) Diploma
• Social Service Worker (SSW) Diploma
Additional requirements:
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• SMG – Safe Management Group or CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification
• Vulnerable Sector Police Check
Experience working in retirement homes, assisted living, long-term care facilities, hospitals, or healthcare environments is considered an asset.
